Location: Bengaluru
Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM (Cab Facility Provided)
Contract: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient support and insurance verification.
Process patient applications and determine eligibility.
Assist with reimbursement, prescription coordination, and therapy access.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Eligibility:
1.6+ years of overall experience
Minimum 1 year of US Healthcare Voice Process experience (mandatory)
Excellent English communication skills.
Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
Solid customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Selection Process:
Typing Test (35 WPM with 85% Accuracy)
