Role & responsibilities

ARCON PAM (Cloud) - Skilled Services (PS).

Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and configure various CSP use cases including AWS in PAM.
Implement privileged session monitoring and recording for AWS.
Manage credential vaulting and privileged access workflows for AWS.
Integrate target systems, cloud platforms, databases, and applications (like EC2, AWS Console, EKS, S3, RDS etc) in PAM solution.
Integration of use cases related to Cloud Infrastructure and Entitlement Management (CIEM).
Integration with MS Entra and related use cases.
Assist customers in developing privileged access policies and security controls in multiple CSP including AWS.

Qualified Services Activities
Gather customer requirements and conduct discovery workshops for Cloud use cases including CIEM.
Create solution designs, implementation plans, and technical documentation related to Cloud (AWS use case integration and CIEM).




Integrate and onboard different cloud instances and identities in PAM.
Provide knowledge transfer and administrator training.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues during implementation and post-deployment related to the Cloud use cases and CIEM.
Collaborate with ARCON SMEs to ensure successful Cloud use case support & delivery.

Required Skills
Robust understanding of PAM (Cloud) concepts:
Privileged Access Management & related features.
Cloud Identity and Entitlement Management (CIEM)
AWS (EC2, AWS Console, EKS, S3, RDS etc)
AWS - Identity Centre
AWS Networking
Additional Knowledge of:
Active Directory / LDAP / MS Entra
Windows and Linux administration
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
REST APIs
Security and compliance frameworks
