Role & responsibilities
Conduct research to identify global trends and understand requirement of stakeholders for creation of various type of products.
Analyze and gather data through various sources for the purpose of product development.
Write white papers, research reports, articles on passive management, concepts and methodology.
Develop selection criteria and rules for broad, theme, quantitative and strategy-product based for equity, fixed income and hybrids
Develop creative product strategies including smart beta, single or multi factor, sector, thematic products for passive funds
Back test portfolios
