As an SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of end-to-end onboarding solutions. You will closely collaborate with HR, IT business stakeholders to deliver seamless current-hire onboarding experiences aligned with organisational policies and compliance requirements. Your

responsibilities include configuring business rules, workflows, onboarding tasks, panels,alerts, notifications, and data privacy.

Youll do this by:

• Implementation & Configuration: Led end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB 2.0), configuring panels, tasks, alerts, and notifications.

• Integration:



Expertly integrated Onboarding with Employee Central and Recruiting (RCM) to ensure seamless data flow.

• Process Optimization: Mapped business requirements to system functionality, including updating data dictionaries and designing user-friendly onboarding portals.

• Compliance & Security: Configured role-based permissions (RBP), security groups, and document management for regulatory compliance.

• Testing & Support: Conducted unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT), along with post-go-live support.
