Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Costing Executive to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product costing, cost analysis, productivity evaluation, and supporting management with data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate product costing for existing and recent products.
Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations in material, labour, and overhead costs, and recommend corrective actions.
Perform productivity and cost efficiency analysis across manufacturing operations.
Monitor and drive cost control initiatives to optimize production costs without compromising quality.
Evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) proposals by analyzing IRR, Payback Period, and financial feasibility.




Analyze large datasets, generate MIS reports, and provide logical insights to support business decision-making.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate cost reporting and continuous process improvement.

Key Skills
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and manufacturing costing.
Proficiency in variance analysis and productivity measurement.
Valuable understanding of CAPEX evaluation, IRR, Payback Period, and investment analysis.
Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills with solid attention to detail.
Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
