Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and application hosting issues. • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management. • Maintain SLA, availability, and performance targets. Security & Compliance
Implement cloud security best practices. • Manage IAM, RBAC, MFA, Key Vault/KMS, and encryption.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Conduct vulnerability remediation and security hardening. Automation & DevOps
Develop automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Terraform.
