About the Position:

We are looking for a Process Engineering Specialist (Assistant Manager Level) to join the Process Engineering ELS team, reporting directly to the Process Engineering Manager.

This position is based at our office in Manesar.

Your Responsibilities will be:
Recent product launch -process engg for current programs
To participate in the definition and development of machines for new products
Plan project technical activities and staffing
Coordinate internal/external activities and resources involved in the project
Satisfy Customer requirements and specifications
Ensure compliance with internal norms, procedures and Function guidelines
Guarantee achievement of objectives in terms of quality, costs and timing
Execute specific checklist activities to ensure the approval of the defined project gates
Track and submit reports on project progress
Support the PM in aligning budget and resources needs and managing the specific project risks
Support Project Manager in Offer and Initiative definition and Monitoring providing and continuously updating Industrial Cost and CAPEX
Support the PM in managing Product Change Requests and mitigating quality, cost and timing impact
Support the deployment of standard Methodologies, Libraries, Tools and Solutions




Manage recent products industrialization, through the supervision of the whole process from the concept to the early life of the production ensuring the best manufacturability and in the meanwhile assuring to achieve the target for the cost, quality and time to market
Sample preparation for new projects, ECN, VAVE, Improvement projects etc.

What Qualifications you will bring:

B.E./B.Tech - Electronics

5 ~ 7 years experience in Process Domain with Automotive industries

Other skills that we would welcome:
Experience of process for products like cluster,LBE ,Infotainment
Special knowledge of SMT, SPMS
Management of Capex
Working Knowledge of automation techniques
Basic instrumentation knowledge (Sensors, Relays, Actuators, PLC etc.)
