Overall in-charge of sales, distribution and marketing of consumer packs of NOVA Dairy (creamer, dairy whitener, Cow ghee) for sales in assigned region.
Handle Sales & Distribution Network and to achieve Primary & Secondary Sales Targets in accordance with business plan.
This position is accountable for generating business volumes through Channel Sales.
Realize business targets, profitability & management goals for specified region.
Define & execute distribution strategy, Network expansion, monitor and control sales distribution plan through distributors.
Developing recent distributors, markets & recent areas of business growth.
Manage, Review & track team's performance.
Manage, Review & track distributors' performance.
Coordinate with concerned departments for effective supply chain management and monitor warehouse & stock facilities.
