About the role
Prepare, maintain and update MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Enter, update, and maintain data on government portals and other online platforms as required.
Generate reports, dashboards and summaries to support business decision-making.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information and resolve data discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and records of reports and submissions.
Ensure timely submission of data and compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.
Support management with ad hoc reports, analysis, and data requests.
Education:
Graduation.
Certification course on MS office is desirable.
Certification courses on AI is preferable but not mandatory.
Experience:
At least 2-years of relevant experience
Skills:
Advanced Excel Skills
Knowledge of MS word and PPT.
Knowledge of data entry in online portal. (preferable).
