We are looking for a Architect.

Location - Mahalaxmi and Chembur

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing architectural designs, drawings, and models
Support senior architects in project planning and execution
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentations
Conduct site visits and document observations
Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools
Basic understanding of building materials and construction methods
Solid creative, visualization, and problem-solving skills
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities

Educational Qualification:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized Indian or global institution (e.g., B.Arch. / M. Arch).
Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA), India.
Certifications in sustainable design (IGBC, LEED AP, GRIHA) or project management (PMP) are preferred
