About the Role

Lead business development for the company building strategic partnerships to fuel company growth, and driving customer/client acquisition for our product. Own the sales & marketing strategy end-to-end and work directly with leadership on expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities.

A. Strategic Partnerships & Growth Capital
Identify and build relationships with strategic business partners to support company growth and expansion
Manage partner communication and relationship-building through to deal closure

B. Product Sales / Client Acquisition
Go to market to acquire recent clients/customers for the product
Build repeatable, scalable sales processes and pitch frameworks

C. Leadership & Strategy
Build, train, and manage a sales/BD team as the business scales




Define the company's sales & marketing direction channels, targeting, campaigns
Build 312 month growth roadmaps
Maintain MIS/dashboards (advanced Excel) for partner and client pipeline tracking
Align outreach with existing marketing efforts
Required Background 815 years core sales experience, ideally from mutual funds, insurance, wealth management, PMS/AIF, or high-growth startup business development
Track record of closing high-ticket financial/business commitments
Existing network of HNIs/business contacts is a robust plus
Comfortable in a startup/growth-stage setting
