Our firm is interested in hiring an experienced Interior Designer to work at our local client site. The Interior Designer will be part of a team-oriented team of Engineers, Architects and Design Assistants. The successful candidate will provide design team leadership in all project phases from initial development to completion and assist in the design and documentation of interior spaces.
Role & responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Ensure smooth workflows and processes
Maintain relationships with existing customers
Monitor site work progress daily
Coordinate material procurement and vendor follow-ups
Ensure timelines, quality control, and budget monitoring
Resolve in office and design issues quickly
Maintain discipline, attendance, and site reporting
Explain design solutions and cost estimates to clients
Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and approvals
Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / Degree in Interior Design
Knowledge of site supervision, vendor coordination & material
