Job Title: Principal Engineer- PS Collaboration

Key Skills Competencies

Solid expertise in Webex Contact Center, Webex Connect, Webex Developer APIs, and Cisco PCCE/UCCE solutions, with hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, and supporting enterprise contact center settings.

Experience integrating Webex collaboration and contact center platforms with third-party applications and systems, including CRM integrations, SIP trunking, APIs, bots, reporting tools, and customer engagement platforms.

Proficient in implementing and troubleshooting omnichannel contact center solutions involving voice, chat, email, SMS, and digital communication channels.

Knowledge of contact center call flows, routing scripts, IVR design, automation workflows, agent desktop configurations,



and reporting/analytics solutions.

Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks to enable custom workflows and business process automation within Webex environments.

Solid understanding of collaboration and contact center architecture, including high availability, redundancy, security, and interoperability with third-party vendor solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot complex customer issues across collaboration, contact center, and integrated application environments while ensuring high service availability and customer satisfaction.
