Job Description
Drive Seed sales in the assigned territory.
Maintaining valuable relationship with farmers, dealers & distributors and know their needs / get their feedback.
Coordinate with Dealers / Distributors with the Production team.
Payment collection.
Achieve sales target and ensure revenue growth.
Maintain data about the competitors rates and schemes.
Prepare Dealer / Distributor schemes for moving our products.
Conduct field visits, demonstrations and promotional activities.
Any other job responsibility as assigned by the senior person.
