Job Description:
Monitor the performance of solar assets to ensure optimum efficiency.
Assist in acquisition and due diligence processes for recent solar projects.
Identify and implement operational improvement projects.
Plan and implement digitalization initiatives as agreed by management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Implement cost-cutting measures to reduce O&M; costs.
Act as CEO for other Kerian (SEA).
Support the SEA team in current projects.
Interact with and manage local stakeholders in Malaysia.
Implement improvement projects in Malaysia.
Budget and implement CSR projects for India and Malaysia.
