Responsibilities:
Generate leads for home loans from the open market and various channels.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, builders, and contractors to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Organize loan events and activities to drive lead-generation efforts.
Address product queries and handle service issues promptly.
Ensure the attainment of assigned business targets.
Willingness to travel, conduct visits, and verify business portfolios as necessary within the designated area.
Conduct client meetings, verify documents, process loan applications, and coordinate with sanction/disbursement teams.
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the loan process.
Qualification
12th Pass/ Any Graduate
