Accountable for the recruitment division and growth in the recruitment business
Team Management
Ensure that team has the necessary information and resources to do the job; and manage interface relationships. Send confirmation emails to client and collect necessary information for requirement, job and project.
Hire, manage and coach recruiters and team support
Ensure team is properly resourced and competent
Implement effective strategy for search, source and placement, onboarding, administration, ongoing recruitment support to clients and candidates
Planning & scheduling search assignments and client interviews as per requirement - Oversee and local recruitment requirements over all disciplines / divisions
Performance Enablement - Influence, Enable and Track performance against recruitment targets
TAT and ATS Tracking
Drive and ensure all recruitment targets are met
Drive and ensure that quality and quantity is at the required standard
Keep track and plan for all the proposed and upcoming projects




Work on critical and senior recruitment requirements
Work on all allocated staffing requirements, under the supervision of the Staffing Manager
Supervise database management - Build Company Database of Qualified and Experienced Candidates
Interface Management, manage relationships with and between self/ team & - Clients - Candidates

Responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the assigned office (people, Infrastructure and resources) and branch offices.
Ensure cost effective execution of office and expenses
Send cvs to Clients and Tracker sheets
Send weekly MIS reports to clients regarding mobilization reports.
Send Daily and Monthly Team Reports 6. Innovation
Introduce current ways of working
Build Market Intelligence by continues market updates
Constantly action improvement in internal processes and standards
Finding recent means of search like Social Media, blog sites etc.
Option to search other Resources like taking Reference from the candidates, Specialized in Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Power, Trade Magazine and Newspaper
