Who Are We Looking For
We are seeking a seasoned BI Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a solid leader, capable of designing scalable BI solutions, mentoring teams, and driving innovation in data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Be Doing
Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions, covering data acquisition, integration, storage, and visualization.
Develop and maintain BI architecture aligned with business goals.
Create and manage Power BI reports, dashboards, and advanced visualizations.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to BI teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Act as a BI consultant for clients, delivering workshops, presentations, and proofs of concept.
Oversee BI infrastructure, ensuring optimized pipelines, governance, and security.




Deliver actionable insights using Power BI, Azure Machine Learning, and advanced analytics.
Stay updated on Microsoft advancements (Fabric, Azure OpenAI) and implement continuous improvements.

Bonus Points for Familiarity with
Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
CI/CD practices and version control (Git).
Multi-cloud expertise (AWS, GCP).

Educational Requirement
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
M.E/M.Tech preferred.
