Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation and conversion projects for card programs across Visa, MasterCard, and
RuPay networks.
• Configure and integrate Card Management Systems (CMS) for debit and prepaid card issuance and
lifecycle management.
• Manage EFT Switch integration for transaction routing, authorization, and settlement.
• Implement and test ecommerce authentication flows for enhanced transaction security.
• Ensure compliance with Scheme Compliance, PCI DSS, RBI DL SAR, and ISO 27001 standards
throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with banks, processors, and network partners to ensure seamless onboarding and
migration.
• Conduct gap analysis and remediation planning for compliance and security audits.
• Provide detailed documentation, training, and post-implementation support to clients and internal
teams.




• Monitor and troubleshoot transaction flows, card issuance, and authentication issues.
General requirements
• Higher Secondary or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in card payments implementation and conversion.
• Robust knowledge of Visa, MasterCard, RuPay card schemes and transaction flows.
• Hands-on experience with Card Management Solutions, EFT Switches, and 3D Secure protocols.
• Familiarity with EMV, ISO 8583, tokenization, and encryption standards.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with payment processors, fintech platforms, or banking systems.
