The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the Account Management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. He/ She will be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing cross sell / upsell opportunities within key accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Identify sales CS/US opportunities and generate through networking, and referrals
Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to scoping the opportunity, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating and closing business Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Have solid CXO level relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities and develop Strategies that optimise the account / market potential.
Manage sales pipeline, ensuring the pipeline is robust and accurate with timely CRM updation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor/ Postgraduates degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
