Job Summary: The Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling jewelry products, and maintaining a clean and organized sales setting. This role involves interacting with customers, assisting them in selecting jewelry, handling sales transactions, and ensuring that the showroom meets its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
Provide detailed product knowledge about the jewelry, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing.
Promote special offers, new arrivals, and seasonal promotions.
Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately, ensuring smooth transactions.
Maintain inventory and ensure that all products are properly displayed and well-organized.
Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom is always up to standard.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.




Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and inventory.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Assist in stock-taking and inventory management.
Stay updated on current jewelry trends and product knowledge.
Adhere to all showroom policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a jewelry or luxury goods setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Good mathematical skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
Ability to work well in a team and meet sales targets.
Attention to detail and an eye for luxury items and design.
Knowledge of jewelry materials, styles, and trends is a plus.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
