Job Description:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Metallurgy, Materials Science)
At least 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a quality control role
Solid knowledge of analytical techniques, including Spectromaxx, Metrology, and Aluminium
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
Knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality management system (QMS) standards
Experience with document control, record-keeping, and reporting requirements
