Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports & financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other reports as required by the management
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors and prepare necessary documentation for Internal audits.
Cost Curtailment: Identifying and Managing Costs to improve the financial performance.
Tax Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Prepare and file tax returns, and coordinate with tax advisors as needed.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
ERP Systems and Process Improvement:
Manage and optimize accounting systems and processes.
Participate in the implementation and improvement of ERP systems to enhance financial reporting and data management.
Finalize yearly books for Tax Audit
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally & advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, Team handling, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
