Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Engineer to join our Machine Shop Division. The ideal candidate should have robust technical expertise in CNC and VMC programming, hands-on experience in production management, and proven skills in manpower handling.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities in the machine shop
Handle CNC and VMC programming and ensure optimal machine utilization
Supervise and manage production team and manpower allocation
Monitor production targets, quality, and process improvements
Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for smooth operations
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
CTC:
Rs. 45,000 – 50,000
