Job Description:

Position: AGM - Engineering (Sachin)

Location: Surat - Sachin

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
Ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment availability for production.
Implement and maintain a robust Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Drive reliability initiatives and root cause analysis (RCA) for chronic equipment failures.
Manage spare parts inventory and optimize costs without compromising availability.
Plan and execute capital and revamp projects including recent plant setups, debottlenecking, and capacity expansion.
Prepare project budgets, timelines, and resource plans; ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders during all project phases.
Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety norms,



and statutory requirements.
Ensure all maintenance and project activities adhere to safety and environmental regulations (such as OSHA, ISO, GPCB, etc.).
Conduct regular audits and inspections; implement corrective/preventive actions as required.
Collaborate with EHS and production teams to ensure smooth and secure plant operations.
