Responsibilities:
Design tools, dies, molds, and fixtures as per production needs
Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings using CAD software
Coordinate with production and tool room teams for tool manufacturing
Modify and improve existing tools for better performance
Ensure tools meet quality and safety standards
Support current product development (NPD) activities
Troubleshoot tool-related issues and provide solutions
Maintain design records and documentation
Monitor tool performance and reduce downtime
Understanding of manufacturing processes
Drawing reading and interpretation
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Basic quality and material knowledge
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Required Qualification:- Diploma - Mechanical
Salary :- Upto 3.50 LPA
