Job Description:
Responsible for assembly line operations, troubleshooting, and production support.
Hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical assembly, testing, and quality checks.
Knowledge of conveyor systems, assembly fixtures, pneumatic tools, and material flow.
Identify and resolve production, process, and equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct product testing, inspection, and validation as per quality standards.
Monitor production targets, line efficiency, and manpower utilization.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
