Experience: 0.6 - 2 years in sales (insurance)

Job Responsibilities:
Achieve business targets for financial products.
Meet and counsel customers referred by HDFC Limited.
Influence customers to buy Fixed Deposits and other products.
Profile customers to recommend suitable investment and insurance options.
Complete sales processes and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain a mix of loan products and open market share.
Coordinate claims processing and monitor business prospects with HL executives.
Build and manage relationships with HL executives, HDFC Limited, channel partners, and DSAs.
Service existing customer portfolios and handle post-sales requests.
Stay compliant with certifications (IRDA, AMFI) and ensure quality business sourcing.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate from any stream.
Minimum 6 months of insurance sales experience.
Willingness to travel.
Excellent communication skills.
