Job Description: -
To handle Modern Trade accounts like Big Bazaar, Spar, Dmart, Metro Cash Carry etc.
Making Performa Invoice for Modern trade accounts and coordination with buyers for purchase
orders.
Forwarding POs to factory and follow-up for timely dispatch of stock and to ensure stock reaches
warehouse and retail stores on time.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating
relevant information
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested




Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Ensure adherence to laws and policies
To prepare all MIS related to Sales
Manage CRM & MIS for analysis & reviews
Prepare monthly presentation for reviews
Schedule meetings at various levels & regions for Sales

Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing key documents and communicating relevant information.

Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.

Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
