Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Oversee entire design lifecycle, from brief interpretation to final
delivery.
Mentorship: Guide and review work of junior designers, ensuring quality and skill
development.
Creative Execution: Design engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics for various platforms
(web, print, social).
Brand Management: Uphold brand consistency and voice across all materials and
touchpoints.
Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, product, and other teams to align design with business
goals.
Concept Generation: Develop fresh, cutting-edge ideas and visual strategies for campaigns.
Quality Control: Review and refine designs, ensuring high standards and adherence to
guidelines.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, often 2+ years.
Experience in Generative AI
Portfolio: Robust portfolio showcasing diverse project work.
Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
