We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing both development and support teams, overseeing the entire SDLC, and demonstrating expertise in various technologies. As a Project Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of developers and support staff, fostering a cooperative workplace.

Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.

Identify and resolve issues and risks proactively, ensuring smooth project execution.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, software development best practices, and compliance requirements.





Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, quality assurance, and operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience (6+ years) as a Project Lead or similar role in managing development teams and support teams.

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Deep technical expertise in [list relevant technologies or domains, e.g., Java, Python, cloud platforms].

Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
