Job Description:
Responsible for Assembly shift operations and control of Assembly operations and packing
Allocation of manpower as per their skills and abilities
Meeting the quality requirements as per the drawings and specifications.
Controlling the rejection below the set targets.
Maintaining the production records as per the procedures.
Ensures proper handling and storage of Assembly fixtures including drifts and gauges
Drawing readability
Achieving the production targets
Drawing the materials from stores
Communicates directly with the all related depart
Planning of production on day to day basis as per schedule received.

Key Responsibilities
Improve the productivity and M/C utilization
Ensuring the preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Participates in development works.
Participates in continuous improvement. Through Kaizen / Quality circles
Capable in handling measuring instruments
Maintain valuable housing keeping.5S
Training given to others
Ensuring PPE
