Job Description:

We are looking for an ideal candidate who will be responsible for planning Mechanical, electrical, & Plumbing.

Roles & Responsibility
Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
Prepare/review MEP layouts, shop drawings, and coordinated service drawings.
Plan MEP activities, schedules, and material requirements as per project timelines.
Identify and resolve drawing clashes and technical coordination issues.
Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, and material estimations.
Support costing, billing classification, and rate analysis.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and subcontractors for technical approvals.
Maintain records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and as-built documentation.




Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and local regulations.
Prepare technical submittals and material approval documents. `

Minimum Requirement are mentioned below
Industry – Real Estate,
Developer Education – Diploma in Engineering / B.E Mechanical/ Electrical
Proficiency: Solid understanding and planning skillsfor mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems.
Skills – AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, (BIM / REVIT)
Additional skills – Fire, Lift
