Job Description:
Identify and onboard current distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers in the assigned region.
Conduct regular market visits to understand trade dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
Sales & Order Management
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect and process orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order dispatch and stock availability.
Relationship & Feedback Management
Maintain solid relationships with key trade partners.
Collect regular feedback from the market regarding product performance, design trends, and pricing.
Share structured market reports with the Regional Head weekly.
