As an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Customer Growth, you will play a key role in driving sales by converting leads for our door-to-door shipment services, specifically targeting Indian exporters based out of Delhi NCR. You will engage with potential clients, educate them about our shipping services, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit and engage with potential clients to educate them about our shipping services, providing a explicit explanation of the India–USA shipment process.
Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and maintain momentum throughout the sales process until deals are successfully closed.
Regularly update CRM systems and report daily progress to the leadership team to track sales activities and outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for current clients and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
