Required Skills & Competencies
Solid project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent follow-up and documentation abilities.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Good understanding of project timelines, BOQs, material movement, site readiness, and execution planning.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
High attention to detail with robust ownership and accountability.
Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
Knowledge of cold rooms, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, civil, or EPC projects will be an added advantage.
