n The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for (Pan India) managing and expanding strategic key accounts within the healthcare and medical device segment. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with major hospitals, eye care institutions, and healthcare groups, while driving revenue growth for ophthalmic medical devices and surgical solutions.
n Key Requirements
n ● Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Business Administration.
n ● 15–20 years of experience in Key Account Management within the Medical Device industry.
n ● Solid experience handling hospital and institutional key accounts.
n ● Proven experience in managing revenue growth and P&L; accountability for strategic accounts.
n ● Robust negotiation, relationship management, and strategic account planning skills.
n ● Knowledge of medical device regulations and hospital procurement processes is an advantage
