Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and expand key client relationships, particularly in the OEM and bearings industry. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in sales, account management, and business negotiations. You will play a crucial role in achieving revenue growth by developing long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain robust relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on recent business opportunities with OEM clients.




Prepare and present quotations, handle negotiations, and finalize business contracts.
Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and sales activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and account management.
Prior experience in the OEM and bearings industry is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve business goals.
