We are seeking a Junior Network Engineer to join our infrastructure team and are looking for your assistance in identifying suitable candidates.
Hardware Skills
Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Understanding of motherboards, RAM, hard drives, power supplies, and related hardware components.
Ability to assemble and disassemble computer hardware components.
Networking Skills
Setting up and configuring LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
Knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP.
Router and switch configuration experience (Cisco, D-Link, etc.).
Basic firewall and network security knowledge.
Troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Certifications
Hardware & Networking certification preferred.
Soft Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust problem-solving ability.
Patience and customer service mindset, especially for support roles.
Willingness to work in shifts or on-call support roles if required.
Experience Requirements
Entry-Level: Basic knowledge, internships, or training programs.
Mid-Level: 1–3 years of experience with hardware and networking support.
The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day IT infrastructure support, hardware troubleshooting, and network management activities efficiently.
