Job Description:

Experience: - 05 to 07 years have experience in VMC 5 AXIS M/c - HAIDENHAIN CONTROLLER
Education: -- Diploma / Post graduate Diploma

Competencies:

1) Sound knowledge & operating experience in VMC 5 AXIS m/c HAIDENHAIN CONTROLLER.
2) Good hands-on experience in mfg. of tools & Good understanding level of drawing study

Duties and responsibilities
Operating & programming on VMC 5 axis m/c (Haiden Hain controller) with rotational 3 shifts.
Valuable experience in interpreting the drawings of Part
Fixture and part setting on 5 Axis machines
Knowledge of shrink fit tooling and tools setting
Prove out the parts including work offset, tool data set up, tool file set up, part offsetting with zero reference,
tooling selection based on criticality and operation feasibility




Basic inspection of part with selection and utilization of quality equipment’s
Follow 5 ‘S ‘, Kaizen, continuous improvement activity.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
Valuable knowledge of NC programming (Auto Desk) Power mill & Power shape / Hyper mill
Good communication and mathematical skills and ability to read drawing, understand requirement & design of
gauges at production level for machining
Key result area:
Prove out the part with zero non-conformities
Standardization in NC programming
Process standardization
Multifunctional experience with quality, production and prototyping
Behavioural attributes:
Robust communication skills (Spoken and written English)
Good co-ordination with team member
