Job Description:

Position: QC Manager

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 5 - 10

Industries: Steel

Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed inspections and quality testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished HC/MS steel wire products to ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and internal quality parameters.
Monitor tensile strength, diameter accuracy, surface finish, coating quality, and mechanical properties through regular testing and verification processes.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality control systems, SOPs, inspection plans, process documentation, and testing procedures.
Ensure adherence to ISO standards, quality policies, and applicable regulatory requirements across all manufacturing processes.
Identify product defects, process deviations, and non-conformities through proper inspection and root cause analysis techniques.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for minimizing rejection and rework.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce quality issues,



and enhance product performance.
Handle customer complaints related to quality issues and ensure timely resolution through corrective action implementation.
Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, test certificates, rejection analysis reports, and audit documentation.
Support internal audits, customer audits, and certification processes by maintaining proper quality documentation and traceability records.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant regulations is a plus.

Required Qualification:- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 12.00 LPA
