We are hiring a Sales Manager in Gujarat.

Job Title: Sales Manager – Home Loan / Loan Against Property (LAP)
(Only Male Can Apply)

Location: Jamnagar / Valsad / Rajkot, Gujarat

Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in HL/LAP and Team Management

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans for HL/LAP products.
Identify recent business opportunities and customer segments to drive growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching,



and ensure professional development.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Home Loan and LAP sales.
Demonstrated team handling experience is a must.
Solid understanding of the mortgage and property loan market.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.
