About the Role
Shashisun Energy is hiring Telecallers for our solar energy division. This is a full time, office-based, 100% cold-calling role at our Mansarovar, Jaipur location. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 300 outbound cold calls per day
Generate and produce a minimum of 5 confirmed meetings/appointments per day (KPI)
Maintain professional communication with prospective customers
Update call records, lead status, and meeting details accurately

Compensation Structure
