n Key Responsibilities
n n Recruit, train, and develop agency advisors and sales teams.
n Drive business growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
n Build and maintain robust relationships with agency partners and customers.
n Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and motivation.




n Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local market networking.
n Support advisors during customer meetings and sales closures.
