Job Title: Real Estate Sales ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, solid leadership abilities, and the capability to manage a high-performing sales team while achieving business targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and revenue.
Generate recent business opportunities through client acquisition, channel partners, and referrals.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent flow of quality leads.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.




Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction.
Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager.
Proven experience in managing a real estate sales team.
Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial real estate sales.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
