Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance sales executives/advisors.
Drive sales of Term Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and other insurance products.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor recent team members.
Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback.
Assist the team in lead generation, client meetings, and policy closures.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
