Responsibilities
Robust functional understanding of assets products like Gold, LAP, HL, EL etc.
Should be well versed with compliance and RBI guidelines.
Positive experience in defining customer journeys for onboarding and loan management system.

Qualifications

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT leadership, with a focus on retail asset management systems
Experience managing large-scale IT projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Robust technical skills in system architecture, database management, and programming languages such as Java, Python, and SQL
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices in retail asset management systems like LOS and LMS
