n We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team!
n Key Responsibilities:
n • Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and follow-ups.
n • Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
n • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
n • Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve sales targets.
n • Build solid relationships with students and prospective customers.
n • Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools.
n • Ensure a smooth admission and enrolment process.
n Requirements:
n n Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales is mandatory.
n Edtech Expeience Is a Plus
n Candidates from any sales background are welcome.
n Freshers are not eligible for this position.
n Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
n Solid convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
n Target-oriented and passionate about building a career in sales.
n Willingness to work 6 days a week.
