Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and promoting company products/services in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate new business prospects in the PEB sector

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and recent opportunities

· Visit client sites, industrial areas, and project locations for lead generation

· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers

· Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams for timely submissions

· Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and convert leads into orders

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

· 2–4 years of experience in PEB / Steel / Construction marketing





· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Knowledge of PEB structures, industrial sheds, warehouses, and project cycles

· Ability to handle clients and close deals independently

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

· Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Skills:

· Experience working with industrial clients, EPC contractors, or real estate developers

· Understanding of technical drawings and project requirements

· Existing client network in PEB/Construction industry

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
