Patient Care
Monitor patients’ condition (vital signs like temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
Provide wound care, dressings, and basic medical procedures.
Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, feeding, and mobility.
Assisting Doctors & Medical Team
Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
Assist doctors during treatments, surgeries, or diagnostic tests.
Follow and implement treatment plans accurately.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes.
Update charts with medications, treatments, and observations.
Handle admission and discharge documentation.
Communication
Communicate patient status to doctors and other healthcare staff.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and care.
Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients.
Infection Control & Safety




Follow hygiene and infection control protocols.
Ensure proper sterilization and safe handling of medical equipment.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Emergency Care
Respond quickly to medical emergencies.
Perform basic life support (BLS) or assist in advanced procedures.
Stabilize patients until further medical help is available.
